MILANI, EVRBIT AND WILDDESIGN JOINED UNDER ONE ROOF

I am very happy to inform you that milani design & consulting AG, the WILDDESIGN group and evrbit GmbH have merged under the newly founded larssoncreative group at the turn of the year 20/21. Thus, strategic design, sustainability, digital solutions and our medical-health expertise will be united under one roof.

The new group is intended to provide the best possible support for the successful individual companies in their further growth. Under the new umbrella, the long-standing success stories of the strong individual brands will be consistently continued, each of which will remain as independent individual companies with full competence to act.

Forward-looking services and business models for tomorrow's markets will be developed by combining existing strengths. The companies are well established internationally at five locations in Europe and Asia and broadly positioned in their markets. The common vision is to achieve future-oriented, high-quality and sustainable growth for our customers.

Behind this strategic decision stands the Olle Larsson Holding, which owns a number of successful companies, first and foremost the world market leader for breastfeeding aids, Medela AG, based in Zug, Switzerland. The larssoncreative group is heading for a strong positioning: a Swiss-German quality promise with a focus on people, health, digitalization and the environment.

For the strategic direction of the group, company leaders Britta Pukall, Axel Steinkuhle and I each have a seat and a vote on the board of directors. With the power of this new design group, we intend to be among the best design companies and most attractive employers in the world, given these prospects.

The different company cultures and the common exchange are a great enrichment for all of us. The strategic design agency was founded in 1963 by Francesco Milani in Giubiasco/Ticino and is the pioneer in ergonomic and functional design of medical devices. Today, the agency on Lake Zurich is headed by Britta Pukall. With its future-oriented focus on business innovation/ design thinking, sustainable design and user experience, milani is now the leading agency in Switzerland and employs a good 20 creative minds.

evrbit GmbH
The Cologne-based digital company was founded in 2015 by Axel Steinkuhle and stands for the development and application of leading-edge technologies such as AR and VR for current digital issues. The experts for digitalization, connectivity and Industry 4.0 solutions are essential for a future-oriented positioning of innovative products in the market. As "full stack developers", the approximately 10 evrbit employees enable the translation of user needs into modern interaction concepts and digital user experience.

Olle Larsson Holding
OLH was founded by Olle Larsson in 1961; his son Michael now runs the company. He is personally a great admirer and promoter of design and innovation. OLH holds a number of successful ventures, most notably Medela AG, the world leader in breastfeeding aids based in Zug, Switzerland. Now, with the larssoncreativegroup, there is a new family member in the OLH Holding and a lot of creative and innovative power.

WILDDESIGN group
Just turned 30 years old, the international design agency stands especially for the core competences medicine and health. Locations in the Ruhr area, Munich and in Shanghai with about 40 employees include specialists in industrial design, UI/UX design, design engineering and consultants in strategy and design management. From the nucleus in the Ruhr area, Markus Wild has led this creative mix to the top of European agencies in medical design.
